Jay was very chill and helpful in email and communication generally. He was up front about how many people were interested in the house I was after, and was happy to go back and fourth to make sure certain details/edits were made to the section 32. Jay Liu did an excellent job for us. He diligently attended every 'open', arriving in a timely manner to ready the house for inspection. He then followed up with all of the prospective purchasers so that we were well informed about what they thought about our house and what their intentions were. Whilst we didn't always like the news, we felt comfortable that we were well informed. Jay and the whole Ray White team did an excellent job, delivering a result well above our expectations. I highly recommend them.
