Jay was alway professional throughout all our encounters during our property search. He was extremely approachable at every home inspection and never made us feel any question was invalid. When we purchased our property, Jay went above and beyond what was expected and ensured we were able to view our home one more time before settlement which was a huge deal for us as we were able to do some measurements and gave the opportunity for our close family to view our purchase. Credit must also be given to Jay regarding his quick communication and response which allowed my bank to complete a valuation at such a speedy time and finalise my formal approval!
