I reached out to Jay in March 2020 in regards to a property he was selling. He was very welcoming and informative with great knowledge of the area. Unfortunately I was out bidded during the auction. But that didn’t stop Jay from keeping an eye out on properties that ticked off most of my requests. He was very attentive and understand of my needs. In July 2020 he located my forever home and helped me secure the purchase of my property in my favourite area of Mill Park.
