I have been impressed with Jay from day one of my house sale. His introduction was very reassuring and he made no wild promises as to prices. I felt very comfortable with him and that we were on the same page, expectation wise. He kept me fully informed during the campaign with reports of OFIs and regular phone calls. On auction day he was very realistic and reassuring and conducted the auction as professionally as I had expected.
