Jay worked hard to get a sale

Jay is a very friendly and personable real estate agent. We found Jay a pleasure to deal with as he is honest and works hard to sell your property quickly and for a good price. We would highly recommend Jay if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

When purchasing our property we found our experience to be negative in the beginning, when completing the offer process and subsequent signing of the contract we had to ask Jay 3 times to correct mistakes on the contract, these were things such as 'inclusions', title search, dates and conditions such as the sale of our home going unconditional. If we were first home buyers we would have simply signed the first contract and we could have been in deep if the sale of our home had have fallen through. It was a frustrating process going back and forth to get the contract correct and signed by both parties. I can say however that Jay was very helpful at the end of our experience on settlement day, We were just turned off a bit by the how it all started.

Mr Jay Parchert is a very good real estate agent. One only has to view the achievement at 37 Hannant Road Kensington Grove. We had the photos taken and within a week or so, the sold sign went up. I recommend Jay to others wishing to sell.

Overall very happy with Jay as our Agent. Honest and up front with his comments and an Agent who actually returns your messages! Communication clear and made us feel at ease with our decisions. We would certainly recommend Jay and all ready have!!
