Jay is a consummate professional. He stood out above other agents while I was looking for the right person to represent me, and continued impressing me every step of the way. I enjoyed his manner: patient, professional and very approachable. His skill and knowledge of the market and process resulted in a smooth sale and great result. Belle are known for their attention to detail and relationship-driven style, and Jay absolutely represents this ethos. My only negative feedback is that my neighbours were informed of my sales price before it was unconditional and without my permission. I wanted to share my news when I was ready to do so, after the sale went through.
