Appreciate that he thought to show us similar properties when they were new to the market, particularly when everything was moving very quickly. The whole team was always accommodating for inspections and providing anything we asked for. If we sell again, we'll definitely be dealing with Jay.

Looks a bit old fashion marketing, but know the locals very well. They respond promptly and act professionally.
Jay and the team at JTS Realty were very pleasant to deal with and found a buyer for our property (which wasn't your typical block of land and was sold to a commercial investor). When looking for an agent to sell our property some agents declined to take it on, and some agents market appraisal of the property was half the value at which Jay sold it.
