About 2 years ago we bought our house via Jay and it was a professional & smooth transaction embellished with his knowledge of the local area. So naturally when it came time to sell the choice was Jay at JTS - no question. Prior to listing, we had in our mind what we wanted. Jay’s experience told us we were almost $30,000 too cheap and it would be silly to sell at that price. Jay also explained that the sale process from start to finish would be “about 90 days or so”. So we listed the house and a scant 13 days later we had an offer which was extremely close to our asking price, and it was sold! Settlement also was advanced and the complete process from listing to completed sale took only 57 days which was an extraordinary outcome and very impressive. In closing, Jay and his team display a lay back country style ethic but are as sharp as a knife!
