Went into Jay's office with no idea what to expect in regards to selling this house, when I went and seen it I thought there was no way it'd be sold. He came, had a look, told me he could sell it for considerably more than I expected to. I thought it'd be a few months minimum to sell. Within a couple of weeks we had a contract signed and a lot of weight off my shoulders, couldn't recommend him and his team any higher, cheers again mate.
