From my dealings with Jay I always found professional conduct and personal integrity which is important where trust is involved in a mutual working relationship when in this case involved a no nonsense and well coordinated transaction throughout the process of arranging inspections, working towards an exchange of contracts, and upon settlement. Very impressed with communication from the agency office staff - however a little disappointed with the after-sale (settlement) process of only having one key to my newly purchased home. This issue could have been followed through a little better however, overall...… I would most certainly speak to Jay in the future if and when I am on the move again. Thankyou
