My experience with Jay and JTS real estate. The first visit to my 'now' new home was amazing. My original home was not yet on the market and I asked Jay how could he help me purchase the new home... he came to value my home, and gave s fair and spot on valuation, two others I had wete either too little, or too much considering the market. Jay worked with the sellers, and purchasers, and literally six weeks after signing the contract I was moved in.
