Jay Standley

Our initial introduction to Jay was through a mutual friend and led to a meeting at our home to discuss our plans for the sale of our house. Following an informative session with Jay our plans were put in place and the house placed on the market. Within a short time an offer, with which we were happy, was put to us and accepted. Unfortunately a family crisis occurred when our son was diagnosed with brain cancer and passed away in a short time. During this time the understanding and empathy of both Jay and Josh was exemplary. From that time on there were some further complications which Jay and Josh were able to overcome leading to the successful sale of our house which lowered our stress levels enormously. Events after this seemed to follow the usual sale proceedings and led to a very satisfactory conclusion to our dealings with Barr and Standley

Considering the whole sale was done without meeting in person, I was pleasantly surprised how personal it was. The company delivered on their promise to sell and all agreements were honoured. I was overall a very satisfied customer.
