Didn’t show up to home open. Person who bought the house said that Barr and Stanley didn’t show to their home open either. Ended up talking directly with the buyer as buyer was frustrated that our communications weren’t getting passed on. Hard to get in contact with and when you do he has a can’t be bothered attitude . Looked at exiting contract right from the start but would cost more in lawyers to do so was stuck with what we got. Wouldn’t recommend

The whole experience with Jay himself was great. It’s nice to have someone take the time to talk all options over with you. Only downside I felt was paying extra for things like a for sale sign and advertising. I guess it’s standard practice but felt it should be included in the commission. Overall a very professional team and would recommend them to sell your place.
