Just think i got bit confused and did not remember signing the page with fees on as i am sure i would of challenged that if i seen. Asked for a reduction in fees but no chance as i think another agent done a fair bit of work with buyer before Jay listed

I never actually met Jay, most of my dealings were with Anrie Oosthuizen who was extremely helpful, professional and pleasant.

Never meet or spoke with Jay who was selling the home and who I contacted to view, the man that meet us at the house stood at the door on his phone rushing us to finish. When I contacted this guy the next day to request another view he advised me that no as other people were putting in offers. After my offer and finance was approved the office lady was amazing throughout the settlement, it’s just a shame the people that get the commission are so rude and arrogant.
