Communication was good as this was important since the property was both far away and tenanted. I was kept in the loop and well informed of procedures and the sale of the property and transfer of tenant went smoothly.
Jay managed to get a buyer relatively quickly, his PA Anrie is great behind the seens always ready to assist. The price was some what lower than expected and as a seller it would be good to see email trails or listen to their phone conversations to guarantee they are working for the sellers interest. Hopefully they were. There was no fuss or clumsyness in jays approch which suited me.
