The only confusing part was you'd ring Jay but Josh would answer the phone, or vice versa. Donna and I found this frustrating. As serious buyers we found the communication confusing at first. Josh and Jay were very helpful once we got down to putting offers on paper, they got back to us asap with the sellers feedback. We also felt the price should have been $550k ono, not "all offers considered". Although the sellers indecisions did not make it easy for Jay and his team either.
The experience that we have had with Jay has been outstanding. His attention to detail and formalities are like no other. Jay goes out of his way to find you the best buyer for your house and also the right home for your next chapter of life. He is always there to answer any question, no question is too silly, which for us was great being first time sellers and purchasers. ;-)
