Concerns about commitments not being kept

We raised this many times but never got a response from your agency. When we initially viewed the property the agent advised that all the paddocks would be cut a few days later. The owner advises that he never made that commitment But we made an offer based on what we saw was a commitment. So we are buying the property with the paddocks all overgrown and very untidy
