From the start Jay was very realistic about the market though during the campaign other sales in the area were not going as hoped. Jay offered useful tips on appealing to different types of buyers during the campaign and being realistic about our expectations. Jay regularly communicated the progress of the campaign which was not always good news. On the day there were a few active bidders and the result was within our original price range which was an excellent result given comparable non-sales in the area.
