Bought a property off Jay and was not impressed. Jay had poor knowledge of the property he was trying to sell. Responded to my questions with 'Unsure' or answers he said he had been told from neighbours instead of trying to find the right answer. Would not trust him to sell my property. Only positive is that he was easy to contact and was able to show the property soon after I requested to.
