Unfortunately I had a very poor experience purchasing my property through Jayde at NGU Forest Lake. As a first-time and interstate buyer, I was very clear with Jayde that I was unfamiliar with the sales process and relied upon her for support and guidance, which I feel she did not provide. The communication was poor from day 1 so much so that she wasn't even aware that I was purchasing the property as an investment. Another example is when I had to ask her on at least four separate occasions for the rental appraisal which was required for my mortgage application before it was sent through by a member of her admin team. Jayde did not ask nor prompt me to organise a pre-settlement inspection and as a result, the property was left in a filthy condition with a plethora of junk left behind by the previous owner including an old bed frame, couch, trailer, exercise bike, drawers, hangers and more, which I was responsible for disposing of. This was discovered after settlement when I was advised by my property manager. When I brought this up to Jayde after settlement over the phone, she blamed my solicitor and the property manager and told me that it was their responsibility to do the inspection on my behalf. She also mentioned that the previous owner was a "friend of her husband's" and that she would organise for him to collect his belongings which I was not prepared to allow after the property had settled. When I emailed her and expressed my concerns, she dismissed my claims and was uninterested in rectifying the situation.
We found Jayde & Blake an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very professional, friendly & honest people. The whole process was seamless on their part which gave us great confidence. I will definitely recommend anyone to sell their house through these two. We could not be happier. Thank you so much Jayde & Blake.
Jayde and Blake are simply amazing! They sold my property within 5 days for over 100k more then my previous well established, twice used agent that had me locked in with him for 90 days. Do yourself a favour and at least have a meeting with her before proceeding with any other agent. These guys are genuine, efficient and Jayde will communicate at every step. Wouldn't recommend another agent to sell your property.
Jayde and Blake worked really hard to ensure our properties sale success, especially after the first contract fell through unexpectantly. They were very pro-active and timely in getting it back onto the market and securing the final contract. They are very responsive to our requests and worked hard to keep us in the loop on progress. Its refreshing to see real estate agents with a bit of humour and personality :)

Jayde was absoloutely Amazing from get go. Very proffessional, very genuine, crossed all the T's and dotted all the i's and communicated everything. Sold our investment property within the first 2 weeks on the market, getting us a great price. Very impressed and I have already referred her to a friend and she sold their house within a week. Fantastic Communication though-out the process and timely return of calls. In this market (end 2021) agent knows what was happening in terms of Banks approval getting delayed and the stresses on the entire house market system due to volume of sales. Easy to talk through and warn both buyer and seller of what's happening, which made it an absolute pleasure to work with this agent.
