We met Jayden as we walked through an open home, although we weren't putting an offer on it. We mentioned we had another investment house in the area as we walked out and were looking for another, and within an hour Jayden had called us to tell us about a couple of off market houses, one of which we purchased. Jayden was thoroughly professional and great to deal with throughout the whole process, and we were very impressed with his ability to understand our needs as buyers and deliver exactly what we were after.
