Jayden is a very good agent. We have established a strong element of trust which is very important when dealing with a major financial asset. We have felt right from the beginning that Jayden has shown impressive honesty and has had our best interests at heart. There was only one minor glitch, and that was to do with the implementation of a 48 hour clause which was invalidated by ticking a wrong box, a minor lapse of protocol, on the document, and was not picked up by what should have been a routine check by a second person in Harcourts. In the event we were not disadvantaged by this incident, and our rating of Jayden's performance was not impacted at all. Thank you Jayden for all your hard work.
