He took the time to talk us through the contract, wasn't pushy when waiting for us to sign, and allowed us to make the decision on whether to sell via auction or private sale independently, having given us his honest opinion on market conditions. Jayden continued to be thoughtful and a great communicator, throughout the open home process. He never missed a call to let us know how things were going, he brought us questions from purchasers, made suggestions on how to present the house, and kept the house open for the extra time required when there were extra viewers attending. And finally, when it came to negotiating the best price for us, he worked his socks off. Many agents would not have gone that extra step to ensure that all the bidders remained at the negotiating table. The sale price he achieved for us was nearly 100K over the maximum price guide.
