We chose Jayden as he was an independant estate agent. His knowledge of the market and marketing style suited our requirements. The house was marketed accurately and efficiently and the sale proceeded the same way.

First came across Jayden when we were looking to buy and we were impressed that he always told us real ranges that the houses would sell for and he was always bang on the mark. This knowledge led me to choose him for the sale of my unit which he ended up negotiating a great price for. Great communication the whole time and I felt like the sale of the unit was in great hands!

Overall we have found Roncon Real Estate farly good to deal with during the purchase of our property. The Auction process was quite good, and the Agent performed well here. We did have a couple of concerns during the process: 1. The Auction date for the property was changed and bought forward, however we were not notified of this, and only realised this when we saw the auction date changed on the listing in Real Estate.com.au - if we had not have seen this, we would have most likely missed the auction - thankfully this didn't occur 2. We attended 3 open for inspections, and after the first inspection we requested the Section 32's, which we had to chase up with the Real Estate Agent, only to then be sent the 32's for another property. Generally, overall Roncon Real Estate were acceptable.

He also quoted me the most competitive fees with regard to commission and advertising. My decision was not let down as the property was sold within 17 days.
