We were very happy with the service Jayme and her staff provided for the sale of our property. They were all very polite and courteous when we spoke to them. They responded to all our queries in a timely manner. We would be happy to recommend Jayme and Black Fox Real Estate to everyone.

Jayme, is the most polite, and honest agent we have ever met. Her knowledge of the market and and ideas on the best strategy for sale are also vastly better than the competition. Not only would, I recommend her to anyone, I already have recommended her to friends and family.

Jayme was Great to Deal with. Always happy and prepared to go the extra mile!

Jayme & Robbie at Black Fox made the buying process for my wife & I seamless. They listened to our requirements, communicated effectively & personalised their approach to us. We never once felt as though we were being sold to or pushed. This approach by Jayme & Robbie resulted in us buying our dream home in Mount Eliza. Thank you!

Jayme Lee and her team were very professional from the outset. We were given an honest appraisal of the expected price range based on Jayme's extensive experience in the area. We were impressed with her honesty and integrity. The entire team was friendly, efficient and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, especially in readying the property for sale with valuable advice about presentation and the sales process. Marketing was a standout, especially the photographer's expertise in producing an excellent product. Multiple enquiries were received within hours of going on line. The property Open days were expertly managed and stress free. We were kept informed each step of the way. We were very pleased at the quick timeframe in which the house sold, thank you Jayme, Caroline and team for working so diligently to give us a great outcome.

Jayme is wonderful agent, very bubly and with a great personality. I felt as though I have known her for years. She made me feel very comfortable and called me every time I left a message. Thank you Jayme, love you💕

I had a really poor experience purchasing the property through another agency. So bad I was really reluctant to list the house to sell with another agent. Jayme at Black Fox was absolutely fabulous. Honest - extremely hard working - nothing was a problem. Her commission rate was fair. She actually cares about sellers and buyers. She sold the property in less than a day from listing. Jayme and her staff all followed up and made the process easy. Can't recommend Black Fox enough! --- pending client amended version - rejected by darren 10/02/2023
