Jayne did her best with the final purcaser that was my neighbour and did a lot of work trying to loft the HIA order, for that I am grateful. But the hand over and communication with the original purchaser that broke the contract when she went on leave was handled poorly in her absence. it cost be great mental anguish and now legal action is continuing with the broken contact and ex vendor accordingly.

Really enjoyed the interaction with Jayne over our recent purchase. Jayne was fair, honest, and most importantly, extremely approachable and people oriented. This is something that I noticed other real estate agents in the area don't have: genuine people skills! Jayne actually cares about her clients (both vendors and buyers), and is efficient and succinct with all matters of real estate. Would highly recommend Jayne to anyone looking to buy or sell.
