Jayne is a true professional, our journey started about four years ago when I was researching property values in St Ives and trying to determine the best option for handling my aged mother’s asset. Initially I decided not to market the property but rent it. Over the intervening years Jayne remained in touch providing market updates and views on the property market in general. When it came time to sell, I consulted with Jayne and we developed a marketing strategy for the property which had three stages and milestones to trigger the next stage. This enabled me to control costs, commitments and foresee a logical progressing toward the sale.
