We purchased our unit through Page & Pearce with Jayne being the agent in 2012. Residing in the unit for the first year while located in Townsville for work we then rented it for the subsequent years through to the end of 2023. We approached Jayne and asked her to do the honours again as we had such a great experience as the purchasers. Jayne arranged a time to come in and discuss plus complete any paperwork if we were happy with the figures, time frame, service levels provided. We were more than happy to sign up Jayne and the team as our agent, but we were sort of lead up the garden path as we thought maybe a month but Jayne had a buyer, contract and deposit within 5 days.
