Not sure what to think after moving in, to find a fan and aircon not working, the pre settlement inspection was rushed on the settlement day, which aided in not testing of all the appliances on that same day. No TV reception from the roof antanae, and no nbn or adsl2+ in a brand new area. Also unsure if there was exaggeration on what the bank needed from the owner after seeing receipts from my solicitor.

Never easy to sell in a down market and take a loss but its minimising the loss the best you can that makes the difference. Jayne was honest, understanding and most importantly got the job done in a tough market. Very grateful.
