After having no success in selling property I used it as a rental. After 12months of ....ok tennants I decided to relist it. A friend recommended Page and Pearce and I spoke with Jayne. Jayne had a team come out and put a realistic value on the property i.e. what they thought they could sell it for rather than an inflated price which would not have helped buyer or seller.The first real offer was viable and I accepted it. Jayne did a great job in a tough market.
