Jayne is a great agent to work with, she really put in the time in dealing with the vendor, our solicitor, the vendors conveyancer and our bank. We always knew what was going on, she was very transparent, so we felt comfortable making the offer we did. She also spent time organizing a meeting between us and the builder (we we're buying off the plan) so that we could have a talk about the build and just feel comfortable with the builder and overall plans.
