Relentless Positivity

What a ride. My wife and I decided it was time to start a new chapter, sell our house and move with our kids. Jayne came highly recommended to us through our family and friends, so it was an easy decision to approach her. If one thing stands out about Jayne, it is “real”. Jaynes approach to her work is direct, to the point with no fluff. What you see is what you get and that is exactly what resonated with us. I don’t think she even perceived how hectic this would be though, as after a couple little feels around our neighbourhood we decided to switch it up a notch and put an offer in on a property in Queensland with a long settlement and high offer. Our offer was met positively with a condition that we had to renovate, sell and be under contract within 45 days. Long story short, we did it. The tireless teamwork of everyone involved came to bloom when Jayne secured the sale of our house in under 2 weeks with a price far more than we expected. There was blood, there was sweat and there were tears. And throughout all this Jayne came through for us right on day 45 while on the verge of being admitted to hospital with a virus. This just shows her commitment to her clients. This process was unusual, high pressure, pin-point focused and stripped of all doubt with eyes fixed on the goal and this goal was achieved. We deeply appreciate Jayne’s commitment to help our family achieve this, and I highly recommend Jayne if you are seeking a genuine experience with a real human being. 5 stars.
