Jayne communicated and followed up promptly from the get-go of my first interest in the property on Domain. They replied and informed me of their availability for inspections. They were punctual and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the property during the inspections. They were honest about the trend in property prices in the area, which matched what I had found and showed they have strong market knowledge. From offer through settlement, Jayne kept communication open and accommodated my multiple inspection requests, including pre-settlement and property/pest inspections. My experience with Jayne was all positive, though we are still very early into the property; we are loving it and thankful for Jayne's professionalism.
