Extremely disappointed with this real estate agency. They promised professional cleaning before the sale was finalized but failed to deliver. The backyard was only partially cleaned, and green waste that was supposed to be removed 15 days ago is still there. I even bagged 10 bags of it myself, and despite my request for them to collect it for a function I have today, the waste remains and is now rotting and smelling. I've been trying to contact them, but my calls are being ignored. It feels like they've abandoned all responsibility now that the deal is done. Their initial promises were great, but their follow-through has been nonexistent. I would not recommend buying or renting with this company.
