Jaytee has been very helpful from start till the settlement and showed professionalism all the way, the only downside is the vendor is not being cooperative with turning over the keys to complete the turn over. Other than that he's great and got lots of potential in the industry.

Regarding the delay with the spare keys, we completely understand how frustrating that can be. As the handover process is managed directly by the builder, we’re unfortunately unable to control their timelines.
