Initially contacted Jaz about the land at which point we couldn't do the deal as the vendor was seeking a higher price. Couple of months later he received another offer at which point he touched base with me again check interest, which I appreciated. Both times, Jaz was honest about the vendor's position and was professional in all my dealings. He kept me informed through the process and was prompt in actioning any items that he needed to get back to me on. I view Jaz as someone I can trust for future purchases or sales. A suggested area of improvement is to increase market knowledge in terms of highest sales in the area, auction results, potential value of properties, etc. Notwithstanding, Jaz was able to negotiate a mutually agreeable price with the vendor which was a great result at the end of the day.
