As this was my first experience in buying real estate, I needed a great deal of support. Jane always was willing to make herself available, and happily answered my many queries. Unfortunately, the whole process took a great deal longer than anticipated, through no fault of hers. We were expecting to settle mid August, I think from memory, however after a number of deferrals we finally settled on 7th Oct, 2020!
