All went so smoothly with a special condition of early urgent occupancy gained without a hitch. It would have been good to have the original Owner discard of all their rubbish on or before the day of settlement instead of leaving a pile on the footpath and a pile inside the yard before doing an interstate runner for me to take to the dump and pay to do so. Thats all.
