Jane was very patient with me as I did have a contract on another property and pulled out because of council restrictions on building a shed. She emailed me other properties that she thought may be suitable until we found one that ticked most of the boxes. Hi Todd, Sue and JC I found the whole Purchasing process of the duplex went fairly smoothly. JC kept us informed of what was going on through out the whole process. She made it easy to get extra inspections when requested. I do believe she was working for the seller and I think that shows ethics and was admirable and that is the reason I have handed the rental Management to your team. Thank you also for the settlement gift. . I know all Agencies do it , but I will wear the cap in Cairns especially when doing exit cleans from other Agencies up here just to confuse the hell out of them.
