JD worked extremely hard while selling our property and JD specially advised us to cooperate with him for any late evening inspection, he might call us early or late evening if required, late evening meetings on which we agreed with him. We spoke with JD Patel and then met with him at our home. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. JD Patel made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
