I created my property as a genuine tropical resort style place, with timber beams, bamboo ceilngs and a beautiful pool and entertainment area set in lovely tropical gardens. Beautiful and unique, but as such it appealed to a smaller market, a bit harder to sell. Jean's persistence, market knowledge and professional approach resulted in a successful sale to a very happy couple, and left a very happy seller satisfied with the price, and that the place would be appreciated and cared for. Thanks Jean, I wish you all th best for the future.

He knows the market inside out, realistic with prices, knows how to get the best price. To the satisfaction of both parties. Honest and trustworthy.

Very happy and obliging guy to deal with selling us a house. Contact you straight away. Answers any questions you have. A great experience.

After having our property on the market for a significant amount of time and struggling with other agents who weren't interested and weren't delivering results we were nearly ready to give up. And then along came Jean. We thought what have we got to loose. We found Jean to be result driven and a genuinely kind person. Within no time our property was getting attention something the other 3 agents had failed to do. And then a few weeks later a contract. We could not recommend another person more capable, professional and result driven than Jean.

Jean is very knowledgeable when it comes to selling houses, he answered all questions we had when it came to buying our first home. He kept in touch and was contactable the whole time. He is a top bloke. Would recommend him to anyone buying a property in Townsville.

Jeans infectious personality and enthusiasm was instrumental in selling our property during this very difficult Covid time. At one stage we considered removing the house from sale due to the poor response but Jean insisted we continue and sure enough within a few weeks the house was under contract and the sale went through. He kept us posted and updated as things progressed and we basically let him do his job. Thanks Jean to a job well done and I’m positive further work with come your way from us 👍

Very friendly proficient service. Not pushy at all. Highly recommend.

We sold our house at Toolakea Beach through Jean. He was extremely well informed on sales & prices the area was achieving. We found him to be very accommodating regarding property viewings and the final sales process. We would recommend his professionalism in selling future properties. Sharon & Rob.

Jean’s enthusiastic and positive approach helped us achieve a result that couldn’t have gone any better. He made selling our property easy and was always ready to help. Thanks Jean.

Very happy with our buying experience. We finally found the property we wanted and Jean was extremely helpful and always happy to chat. He also helped to organise extra inspections and we even got to meet sellers at sellers request, which was a very helpful exercise for this particular block. We were positioned to buy so our experience was straight forward from financing, but made better by having confidence that the agent was honest and professional throughout. Thanks

When we discovered our house online, Jean was so approachable from the start. He answered all our questions, from phone calls to emails at all times of the day or weekend. His friendly manners, upbeat personality made it stress free and fun. Excellent knowledge of acreage properties and surrounding Townsville areas. Honest and reliable in two words!

Jean was a pleasure to deal with. He had an excellent market knowledge and sold the house quickly at full price. He always acted professionally and was friendly. I couldn't recommend Jean more highly.
