Jean got the job done. She did manage to forget to mention until after the cooling off period had passed for the contract I signed to make an offer on the property, and I had already paid the deposit on the house, that I was unable to use my preferred building and pest inspector. This made me uncomfortable. No reasonable explanation - just oops I forgot. After the building and pest inspection was done I was made feel like an idiot for exercising my rights as the buyer to negotiate the final sale price. I was well in my rights to do so and opted for my solicitor to take matters into there own hands. Upon settlement I had received no contact leading into the settlement date and it wasn’t until some time after settlement had gone through and I had contacted Jean that she chose to return my call and confirm settlement. Family of mine received a congratulatory gift - I was flat out receiving a phone call. Not happy Jean! Good luck in the future.

Everything went well in beginning. We marked her down because we were promised that there will be no problem getting the current tenants in the house that we bought to vacate immediately however that didn’t turn out to be the case. We feel that we still have to chase them to get updates.
