Having purchased a new home in Feb 2020, we didn't foresee the implications of COVID-19, and the dramatic effects that were to come when we wanted to sell our current family home in March. After our 1st Saturday open, inspections were banned and the whole realestate environment demeanor changed dramatically for the worst. Despite this, Jean and her Team persisted, and although alot more time, effort and angst were endured, nobody could have known what was just over the horizon at the outset.
