POISON CHALLIS BUT HAPPY OUTCOME

Having purchased a new home in Feb 2020, we didn't foresee the implications of COVID-19, and the dramatic effects that were to come when we wanted to sell our current family home in March. After our 1st Saturday open, inspections were banned and the whole realestate environment demeanor changed dramatically for the worst. Despite this, Jean and her Team persisted, and although alot more time, effort and angst were endured, nobody could have known what was just over the horizon at the outset. Fortunately l'm pleased to report that the effort did bring a sale with an acceptable outcome and commend Jean for her persistence, excellent communications skills and overall professionalism to get the job done during such unprecedented times.
