We wanted to engage a local, successful agent. We fortunately found Jean on Rate My Agent. Interviewed Jean and two other local agents, who were also highly recommended on Rate My Agent. After choosing Jean, the next best thing we did, was to just stay out of her way, and let her do her job. Two months to the day later, the property sold at auction over reserve. Jean also gave us a local tradesman Vic to prepare our property for sale, which was extremely helpful and turned out to be very worthwhile using, especially with a short time frame. Jean is a good communicator, very professional (and a very friendly person to deal with). Highly, highly recommended. My advice? Just choose and trust Jean.
