We met Jeanne a short time after she had sold a neighbours property. She introduced herself and expressed an interest in marketing our property should we wish to sell in the future. When the time came to sell our home we spoke with three agents. All presented well, however, Jeanne's knowledge of the market and her marketing presentation impressed us. The marketing of the property was excellent. The property was listed on the agents website, Realestate.com.au and in the local real estate guide. From what I recall we had three full page advertisements in the guide. Jeanne's communication was superb. We received feedback from all parties that viewed the property and used some of the feedback to improve the presentation of the property. We set a price that was at the top of our expectations. However, in negotiating with two prospective purchasers, Jeanne secured a contract that exceeded our expectations. Having said that, I am also of the opinion that Jeanne was fair and honest to the buyer and secured a fair contract for both parties. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeanne to any prospective buyer or seller.

Jeanne was wonderful to deal with always ensuring that we had the information we needed and seemed have a genuine interest in ensuring we were getting into the right property. Always communicative, but never pushy I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeanne to any prospective home buyers.

Having met Jeanne and talking with her I realized that she seemed genuinely interested in her profession and I was extremely impressed with her efficiency in dealing with all aspects of selling my Mum's property and her help with the interior display of my mums possessions .
