I did not want to sell at a loss, or such a big loss at that but you patiently stayed on mission even when I was unreachable and distracted due to my work. You did exactly what would be expected of your profession, you in fact went above and beyond, you managed to educate both the buyer and me to finally end up with a common goal. I have to hand it to you, a buyer who offered $374,000 on a property advertised at $400,000 and ended up paying $430,000. A seller who wanted to recoup the purchase price of 8 years ago of $545,000 but was losing $400,000 even selling at that figure. The seller then agrees to accept $430,000. I don't know how you convinced me but you did and your advice is on the money i've come to realise. Better to cut losses and move on to another opportunity where I can find profit.
