As a purchaser, I thought I'd only interact with the agent for the usual 3-5 weeks to settlement. However, complications arising from Body Corporate and the discovery of termites, the Vendor acting for themselves, plus a delayed term deposit maturity saw this blow out to 10 + weeks. I have to say Jed's calm and patient demeanour, clear communication, fair representation to all parties involved and expert negotiation skills made what could have been a stressful situation a relatively pleasant one with all the complications considered. A gentleman who does what he says he will do, firm but fair - I would certainly use Jed's expertise again in the future.
