The sales campaign was for 30 days using 'Expressions of Interest' sales method. Serious interest began within 7 days of the campaign with 3 buyers in the mix. In 14 days the property was sold unconditionally with a 60 day settlement to a family who loved the home and purchased it at the very top end of the price range.
