Thank you to the Jitender and Atul and their team for all of their professional support in the selling of our property in Parramatta. We have previously utilised JB Property Consultants and again on this occasion we are very happy with the price realised, and the truly personalised and highly experienced service provided together with intimate knowledge of the target customer base. We would again highly recommend Atul and Jitender and the team to anyone looking to sell a property.
3 OPEN HOMES in this current market only and ATUL JEET AND SANDEEP got it done. It wasn't easy but we are pleased with the result. Do not underestimate the value of LOCAL real estate agent as they have an invested interest in the LOCAL area. The experience with AB was flawless. They explained the sale process, recommended a conveyancer, organised the taking photos and the internet advertisement, kept us up to date with sale campaign regularly. Always available and replied to our queries promptly. We especially appreciate the service from 3 experiences members. Communication chains was via WhatsApp group with worked well for us. Highly recommended. +++ Above expectation

I had an excellent experience with Jitender Singh. Professional, flawless execution, and always has his customers as a top priority Jitender and AB Team impressed us from the first consultation. He is a very smart , strategic , professional agent that will go beyond expectations to achieve a quick outcome. Communication was a high priority for him throughout our sale. Cannot recommend anyone more suited for realestate along with his team. Their knowledge and experience in this field speaks volumes as this listing was away from the main areas people usually come to him for . Thank you for making our experience as easy as possible.
